Privacy notice
This notice explains how Aravali Consulting LLC ("Aravali", "we") handles personal data in connection with this website, in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
Who is responsible
Aravali Consulting LLC, licensed in the SHAMS free zone, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: avinash@aravaliconsulting.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us by email: typically your name, email address, company, role and the content of your message. This website has no forms, uses no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
Why we use it
We use the information in your email only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to discuss, scope and deliver an engagement. We do not use it for marketing lists or automated decision-making.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Your email is held by our email service provider, which acts on our behalf and may store data outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards. We will disclose data only if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to follow up on your request. If no engagement follows, we delete them within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as the engagement and applicable legal or accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data, or stop or restrict how we use it.
To make a request, including a deletion request, email avinash@aravaliconsulting.com with the subject "Personal data request". We will reply without undue delay and in any case within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
